We provide professional photography services including (but not limited to): portrait sessions, sports photography, event photography, commercial shoots, and photo editing. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking & Payments
A deposit may be required to secure a session date.
Full payment is due prior to or on the day of your session unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund or reschedule.

4. Delivery of Photos
Images are delivered digitally within 14 business days unless otherwise noted. Edits are provided based on the agreed-upon package. Additional editing requests may incur an extra fee.

5. Intellectual Property
We retain the copyright to all images unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a personal-use license for delivered photos. Commercial use must be pre-approved in writing.

6. Conduct
We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if clients engage in inappropriate or unsafe behavior during sessions.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance.
