By booking a session, using our services, or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services
We provide professional photography services including (but not limited to): portrait sessions, sports photography, event photography, commercial shoots, and photo editing. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking & Payments
A deposit may be required to secure a session date.
Full payment is due prior to or on the day of your session unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund or reschedule.

4. Delivery of Photos
Images are delivered digitally within 14 business days unless otherwise noted. Edits are provided based on the agreed-upon package. Additional editing requests may incur an extra fee. Completed prints not picked up within 1 year of original pickup notification may incur a reprint fee.

5. Intellectual Property
We retain the copyright to all images unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a personal-use license for delivered photos. Commercial use must be pre-approved in writing.

6. Conduct
We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if clients engage in inappropriate or unsafe behavior during sessions.

7. Texting
You consent to receive SMS messages from M&M Photography, Inc by providing your phone number and accepting the opt in policy during registration or service inquiry. You may receive SMS messages throughout your service duration. You can opt out of SMS communication at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. You may also contact us directly to request cessation of messages. All personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier. You are responsible for any charges incurred for receiving SMS messages. Our SMS communication is designed to keep you informed about appointment confirmation and reminders, service updates, billing notifications, and other general business communication as needed. Your data is securely hosted. We take measures to ensure your data is protected from unauthorized access. Your personal information (including mobile opt-in data) will never be sold or freely given to third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties / affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of SMS services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
